Helping DraftKings prove winning isn't just for the teams on the field.

The Brief DraftKings partnered with our agency to create compelling social media video ads for their "Pick 6" gaming format. The primary objective was to drive app downloads and encourage first-time bets from their target audience by crafting platform-native messaging and managing the end-to-end production.


The "Why" / Creative Insight During bowl season, the thrill of winning isn't just for the teams on the field. We wanted to bring that feeling directly to the fans, making DraftKings the clear vehicle for their own victory.


Strategic Direction Timed perfectly with the peak of college bowl season, my strategy was to create dynamic, high-energy ads that cut through the noise. Instead of static shots, I directed our creators to use constant movement, props, and strategic screen overlays to explain the Pick 6 format. This approach was designed to deliver all the necessary info while keeping viewers so engaged they'd forget they were watching an ad.


Results We delivered a package of trend-inspired, platform-native assets that were both informative and exhilarating. The final videos were approved on time and produced under budget, successfully motivating the target audience to download the app and place their first bet.
